This is my entry into the 
contest.
The idea behind it was to do an Elite Four member, gym leader, or a Battle frontier person.
I dunno, I like to stick to original things.
(original meaning, the original dragon master)
So, it's Lance. The Dragon Master of the Kanto Elite Four. On his Dragonite, flying into the ring for his battle.
The crowd sucks, I know, but I was on a time constraint.
Originally this was on SRON, but the site closed for a little while for maintenance, so I had to finish it in Photoshop. Thankfully I'd saved a non-finished version. :feuw:
